The first-harvest leaves really do taste cleaner than any matcha I've bought before—no bitterness at all, just a smooth sweetness that lingers. I've been whisking it every morning for a week and the powder dissolves easily without clumping.

The first-harvest leaves really do taste different—there’s a natural sweetness that comes through even before I add anything, and zero of that sharp edge I’m used to. I grabbed the pack of three so I don’t run out mid-morning, and the powder is so fine it dissolves with just a quick whisk, no clumps

Whipped up my first bowl this morning and the texture was silky smooth, no clumps at all. The earthy sweetness came through just as promised, not a trace of bitterness even though I forgot to sift it. Ordered the four-pack so I've got backup for when I run out mid-week.
