The vibrant green color is exactly what you want from ceremonial grade, and it whisks up silky smooth with zero clumps. I’ve been swapping my morning coffee for this and the taste is noticeably cleaner and more mellow.
The pouch keeps the powder fresh just as well as the tins, and the texture is so fine it whisks into a perfectly smooth cup with no clumps. I've been using it for my morning tea ritual and the vibrant green color carries through to the last scoop.
The color alone is a giveaway this is the real deal—that deep, vivid green you only see in proper ceremonial grade. Whisked up this morning and it was completely smooth, no grit at the bottom of my bowl.
