The toasted hazelnut gives it that rich, creamy base, and the spice lingers just enough to make it feel like a cozy autumn morning in a mug. I've been brewing it every day since the bag arrived, and it steeps with zero bitterness even when I get distracted and let it sit too long.
The apple pie note really comes through in the aftertaste, which makes this feel more like a dessert than a morning cup. I've been brewing it after dinner instead of reaching for something sweet, and the creamy hazelnut finish keeps it satisfying without being heavy.
Was skeptical about the hazelnut flavor since I have a nut allergy, but this is totally safe and honestly tastes like a warm apple pie in a mug. Sweet, creamy, and the spice note lingers just right in the morning.
