I’ve been using this blend in my moka pot for two weeks now, and the dark chocolate and toasted nut notes come through beautifully even with a splash of milk. The crema it produces is thick and golden, and I haven’t hit a single bitter sip yet.
Pulled a double shot this morning and it came out syrupy smooth with that dark chocolate depth carrying through even after I added a splash of milk. No bitterness on the finish, which is rare for a dark roast I've found.
