The first-harvest leaves really show in the color — it’s a brilliant, almost neon green that whisks up into a thick foam with just a bamboo brush. Even my morning latte tastes naturally sweet and grassy, no sugar needed and zero of that chalky aftertaste I usually get.

The first time I whisked this into hot water, I was genuinely surprised at how smooth and naturally sweet it turned out—no bitterness at all, just that clean, earthy flavor. It's become my quiet morning ritual.
